How do I make a copy of already downloaded orders?

How do I copy all orders already downloaded on a machine used for developing, To another office machine that will be used to read and send off these orders.

I need a backup of all past orders in my "Orders" tab to be on another machine.

I downloaded the orders on actinic and wish to install it on another computer, however if i do the past orders for reference etc.. will not be there!

I would be very greatfull if someone could give me a hand

Hi there,

The optimal way of achieving this is by using Actinic’s snapshot facility.

If you go to File|Sanpshot|Export site follow the wizard through, then go to the machine you want to take the site across too and revert the process, by going to File|Sanpshot|Import site, browse to the sanpshot file, again follow the wizard through until you reach a stage where it asks 'Overwrite orders in target installation' (4rd phase) make sure this box is checked. This will take the orders across into the new machine as they were in the original machine.
