General Script Error Occurred

Running v6.1.3.1. Haven't performed any updates in some time. All of a sudden getting error "Error executing the advanced shipping plug-in script. Modification of non-creatable array value attempted, subscript -15 at cgi-bin/sc000001.pm line 616." when checking out. Have deleted all files on server. Have refreshed website. Have compacted databases. Still getting problem. No clues how to resolve. Help appreciated.
