    Snapshot import error

Version 7.06 on Win XP machine.

I have just employed an SEO who tweaked my site from a snapshot. On importing the enhanced snapshot I received the following error:

    Errors
(File DBTableBackup.cpp, Line 371) - Unexpected failure when copying table [order] from site database - fatal error.
    Reported error was:

Could not use '(unknown)'; file already in use.
    Driver's SQLSetConnectAttr failed.

I assume I have to disable something in Actinic for the import to work?
If so what and how, in simple language please.

Is the version of Actinic that your seo company exactly the same as the one you are using? ie are you both running 7.06?

If you have MS Access you can open the database in Access and look at 'Update prog version no' in the 'Setup' table. Backup First!

Isn't that the same as shown in Help | About catalog? As they show the same version exactly.

Correct but I thought you only had your version installed and may want to check the 'enhanced' snapshot before trying to install it.

If they are both the same then I suggest you go back to your seo company and tell them to check the snapshot they sent you.

They have confirmed that they are using the same version.

They have corrected some errors but seem to think the current problem lies within Actinic, leaving me in the middle in a 'Catch 22' situation.

The error 'file in use' is that not the reason the import failed?

I assume you have already tried rebooting your pc?
Have the seo company confirmed that they can import the snapshot themselves?

The reboot solved the problem. Why didn't I think of that, it's was so simple. Thank you for your help.
