Handling Charges - sliding scale request

Hi all,

I have just started to use handling charges to claw back some of the packaging costs I incur, which works fine.

However......

I also supply FREE digital downloads, which now incur a handling charge - DOH!

I get round packaging charges by setting a zero shipping cost to a zero weight and zero priced item, as suggested eons ago by Mr Dicken (thanks)

so, a simple request - can we get a similar function for 'handling charges' so we can still offer a FREE download. This might also help those of us who want to charge less or more depending on the packaging needed for a specific item.

I know I could doctor the weight to up the postage, or boost post costs, but I want post costs to be accurate for the item weight.
