I found a javascript that allows you to see how many people are online and what they are looking at on the site. Its quite a useful tool as it also allows logging of pages with a bit of tweeking. It allowed me to see that more effort was needed in a few key product areas, and has lead to an increase in sales. It can act as a site stats package but only for the pages you want it to show up on.
Its not my program, and I cannot vouch for its security, as its a free download somewhere on the net.
