We have just moved servers from a shared hosting server to a virtual private server.
We tested actinic before completing the move all seemed OK.
Once the domain pointers had moved, we thought it would be plain sailing.
domain name is ukdvdr.co.uk, the new server is at www.ukdvdr.veriovps.co.uk
Using one set of network settings, we receive all orders OK along with the payment service authorisations (which move the orders across from pending payment service across to pending (full payment received). However, using these settings, the customer receives the following error message upon redirect from SECPAY to our website.
"A General Script Error Occurred
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: The site configuration has been updated by the shop operator while you are checking out. Please navigate back to the product pages by pressing the Browser Back button and try again or contact the site owner.

Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner"
These are the network settings that are producing the above results.

Using a different set of network settings (below), everything works fine from the customers point of view (no error message on redirect) BUT, ONLY the orders are downloaded, Actinic does not download any payment service authorisations, which means that all orders are left in the 'pending payment service provider' section.

SECPAY say they have tested everything at their end and the problem lies within actinic configuration.
I have been up all night and tried countless different network settings/uploads etc, all to no avail.
This problem is driving me crazy.
Am I missing something simple here??? Can any of you experts out there see where I am going wrong please???
Thanks in advance
Terry
