Snapshot Required for Order Manager Client?

Good day to everyone (this is my first post).

I have a client that has Order Manager and I started them off with an old snapshot for testing. I've done lots of changes to the site using Developer and we're now ready to go live.

Do I need to give them a new snapshot or can they simply start downloading orders?

I set the site to restrict them to order processing only.

Hi there, Welcome to Actinic Community

With regards to Order Manager, I would recommend in giving you client an up to date snapshot.

This way, if you added any new products or setting any new shipping classes, then Order Manager will know about it
