logo missing after starting to use paypal

In order to comply with PCI DSS regulations I have been struggling with my otherwise working site at www.printsgb.com to enable PayPal. This is working but the screens that Actinic brings up once past the https: barrier all have broken logo links.

I have searched the depths of the forum and tried uploading 'additional files' peering into the .pl scripts to see if I can modify references but no luck.

I have looked at different references under 'design' but I don't use brochure pages so if this did help it can't.

Can anyone help me resolve this problem? Header script on my site is os000244.pl on the page where first fails to load the logo.

    Thanks

    Paul H.

Can you provide a link to the Actinic site so we can take a look at what is on the page to better suggest reasons.

      logo missing on ssl side

The non public index page is here:-
      http://www.printsgb.com/jeb/_pgb-jeb-home.htm
hover over part I and select a print (woman in pool for instance)

This goes to the woman in pool buy link:-
      http://www.printsgb.com/jeb/jb5-WomaninPool-b.htm
a non actinic page but if you click buy you go through to the first non ssl actinic page which is fine.

      carry on to check out

this then goes on to the page where I cannot get the logo to show . . .
      https://clarahost.clara.net/www.prin...in/os000244.pl
however if you paste this into a browser it won't take you to to the problem you have to go through the link in the previous para.

Really grateful for any help - I hope this makes sense.

      Paul

The issue you have is that the checkout is not fully contained within your domain, i.e. when you checkout you are using a shared SSL solution to provide the security side (golden padlock) which needs to be able to pull ALL of its content and then display it under the https banner.

        Your logo is contained at:
        http://www.printsgb.com/acatalog/pgblogo-2.gif

But the checkout pages need to pull is from:
        https://www.printsgb.com/acatalog/pgblogo-2.gif

Which can not occur as you do not have SSL enabled on your domain.

Options would be to liaise with Clara first of all and ask if they can place your logo onto the SSL space and then create adjusted layouts for the checkout phase so that during the checkout it pulls the logo from the clara location as opposed to your website, or....

Just drop the ssl part as your payment method available to customers is PayPal, for which PayPal themselves will cover the SSL part for the collection of the customer payment details and subsequent processing.
