404 error message on email contact

Hi everyone,

I've not been here for a few years as everything seemed to be running o.K. on my V7..however. Tonight I had a private email stating that the link from the tool bar (the email icon) within the catalog is only showing a 404 error message. Sure enough when accessing it and clicking it that is what it does..it shows a 404 error message.

Any ideas on how i can get it to link to my email address again?

I've rebooted the shop and no change.

Can anyone advise please?

I presume you are referring to http://www.arrowheaduk.com/acatalog/shop.html
If you have tried doing a site refresh and it hasn't worled and this has suddenly happened hten it may be that you have some issue with the mailform script.

Backup first then try a Website Purge and Refresh on the Troubleshooting menu.

Thanks Duncan and yes I was ref' to my Arrowhead site. I'll try refreshing the web site first and then loose sleep as the rest of your suggestion fills me with dread.
