Floating Menus

The shop owner would like to be able to see the navigation at all times when scrolling. I have avoided using frames for search engine reasons, but is it possible at all to intergrate a floating menu? Again this may have SE problems as I guess I would need to use Javascript and this will render my Alt tags useless.

To get arouind the SE issue include a link to the sitemap. Thus you will get both your floating menu and your links for SEO
