Is this possible -

When the customer goes to the checkout and the basket contains a certain item (say a walkman) the website pops up a message saying "would you like 4aa batteries for your walkman?" and the customer can press YES/NO to add the batteries to the order...?

or can the question be asked when the item is added to the basket?

Hi there,

This cannot be achieved using the default box standard software and I believe maybe some customisation is required. However, as a suggestion you can have;

- Either you can have a link within the product to take customers to the additional products

OR

- You can have a optional component with the main product
