Shopping Cart Checkout link broken

Hi. I've never had a problem that I couldn't fix through these pages but there had to be a first time.
Without having made any recent changes, customers have started to report that they can add goods to their basket but can't checkout. On closer inspection, the link at the top of the page works fine and takes you for example to
http://www.mandarinarts.co.uk/cgi-bi...n_Lamps%2ehtml

but the link from within the shopping cart tries to take you to
http://www.mandarinarts.co.uk/cgi-bi...ain_Lamps.html
... resulting in a 404 not found error

The link from the shopping cart clearly has a chunk missing - /os000021.pl?ACTION=Start

But where's it gone and how do I get it back - any ideas ?

Do a refresh upload maybe?

Thanks for the quick reply ... but I've tried a full refresh and sat back for an hour or two only to find that it made no difference

Solution ?

Never did find the cause of this.
Had to edit out the offending button so that customers were forced to use the link at the top of the page
