Is it possible to have prices discounted by an amount for every order over 1?

Yes -
Quantity dependent pricing (in Actinic Business) allows you to set up price breaks for customers when they order a certain amount of a particular product. This certain amount can be '1'.
Sadly, quantity dependent pricing does not work across a number different products (i.e. if people order two different products) only on specific products.
A possible workaround though is to charge a lot of shipping if people just order 1 - and less if people order 2.
