    Special Customer Prices Query

    Hi all,

    On the product properties screen theres a tab for special pricing. We use this to create an individual price per customer on certain products. Does anyone know which table the price and customer details are held in?

    I want to be able to admin this from Access.

    Many thanks

    The customer details are kept in the "Customer" table, and Pricings are kept in the "Price Schedules" table...

      Actually it is the information you are looking for is held in the table called productProperties, this table holds lots of different product related information and the type field is used to identify the information type in each row, the type for a price entry is 4.

      This is how it works,

      if a record of type 4 exists in the product property table for product reference x then the price of this product is held in (eg) pennies in nValue2. if this record does not exist then you apply the appropriate calculation as defined for the price schedule as standard.

          I have a spreadsheet with 2 prices .. standard price and a quantity break price (which looking at the database is held in nValue2) ... can this nValue2 field be mapped using a flat file import or do I have to take my life into my own hands and attempt the hierarchal import?

              350 products x 2 prices == (30 mins + telephoneAnswering) / Hierarchical == ((2 mins + corrupted database)^snaphotROLLBACK)

              Sorry Lee ... you need to push a heck of a lot harder
