one of my customers had to reinstall everything on his computer including actinic order manager.
when he tried to download orders he got:
The username and password stored on the web site do not match those currently stored in the setup. Please refresh your site.
Possible Cause:
The username and password stored in the
Housekeeping | Security dialog do not match
those on the web site. .....
resolution is to refresh the website.
since he is running order manager, he cannot do this.
i've not touched this in several years.
can i do a refresh from my copy of developer? if so, how do i then transfer the new security info to his order manager?
