Looking at my web site stats, the page /cgi-bin/nq000009.pl seems to be the most popular by far. Does anybody know what this file does?

I seem to be getting the same number of uniqie hits as a few months back, but im not getting anywhere near as many orders.

My web guys think that there may be an error in the checkout stagtes, but all the test orders I place come through fine and I do receive the occasional order.

Errors will appear in the error.err file. You should view it daily.

The nq00000x.pl script is called by Actinic during an upload or a download. It is not called by the online store at all (from the knowledge base). So most of the accesses are upload/downloan operations that you are doing. That may be do to using something like Mole End's automation moles.
