problem driving me mad - help

hi guys

this issue is driving me mad.

we have a real weird issue with our site and i cant figure it out for the life of me.

our site is http://www.nenes-flowers.co.uk and some people are able to use the site fine, however others have a issue when clicking on products.

I've tried to access it on IE7 and its fine, but at home with IE9, and Firefox it tries to open files in a TMP directory.

any help would be really appreciated.

I may be wrong as I'm no expert, but if you hover over the link [ Products ] and examine it, your Products page (Store Top) is called "index.htm" but mine is called "index.html".

It opens in IE6, but more modern browsers obviously don't read it the same. Go to that page in the tree, click "Page Settings" and see what it says in the box "Base Page Name". Is the letter 'l' missing off the end?

Upload the site and we'll see if that fixes it.
