Actinic Cover

Hi all !

I purchased Actinic Cover for Catalog on 16th September 2003 which I ordered and paid for online.

Only a copy of the invoice was sent to me, (no other contact details) and I never got round to checking that I had access to a download area.

Now today (typically on a Saturday when actinic are closed) I am trying to obtain the free upgrade to v6 from actinics website only to find that I can only obtain evaluation copies.

Does anyone know if this is normal ? What information should I have received?

Use the evaluation copy it is the same as a full version. You will then have 30 days in which to get hold of your key
