Send email to a friend giving site details

Ladies & Gentlemen

Looking for a way to have people who like my sites to forward the site details to their frends by just entering their frends email address.

I do not want to log the address its is sent to, or who sent it, but would like an indication of how ofter it is used.

Preferable to be run from a standard page as I am not a programmer and to old & no time left to learn.

Any help appreciated
