Data truncated error

When I send an email from within a customers order (the mail tab), the email is sent -- however, after that I get an error that says:

Actinic Ecommerce was unable to save new order mails. The error was

Data Truncated.

The email is not saved when I close out of the mail tab. I have compacted the database, but this still occurs. Ideas?

Hi Pat

This error might be due to a previous email sent, in which the message goes beyond the maximum number of characters allowed in the text field. Your database will need to be investigated so could you register a query here.

I submitted the ticket request. I'm also receiving the following error fairly regularly:

There was a problem with the database

Operation: Opening the [OrderMail] table

Data truncated.

Action: Contact your Actinic reseller or Actinic Support as appropriate
