Insurance for overseas postage

Hi.

As Parcelfarce have just increased the enhances compensation for parcels valued over £250 up to £10 from £2.50, is it possible in Actinic V4 to add a field where the customer can choose whether to pay the extra £10 or not and have it calculated into the final total?

The only thing I can think of is making a duplicate of all the shipping classes - with £10.00 added to the second set of classes. That way, customers will have the choice of having each shipping class with or without insurance.
