HELP - Referer url not working

I cannot for the life of me see what's wrong with this referer source code.

http://www.madaboutjewellery.com/cgi-bin/rs000001.pl?SOURCE=adwords&DESTINATION=http://www.madaboutjewellery.com/acatalog/index.html&PATH=../acatalog/&BASEURL=http://www.madaboutjewellery.com/acatalog/
I think I followed the Advanced Guide to the letter but I still get the following error page:

A General Script Error Occurred
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error: Error opening ../acatalog/http://www.madaboutjewellery.com/acatalog/index.html (No such file or directory)

I'm a little desperate because I don't know who's buying from Adwords so if anyone can spot the error, please please let me know.

DESTINATION=index.html

destination needs to be the html page name and not the path
