"Reversing" the price schedules

Hello,

We would like to make the Wholesale price to be the base price and the Retail price to be generated rather than the other way around.

When customers login they will get the wholesale price as it is entered in the database, but guests to the site will see the generated retail price.

Is there a way to reverse these?

There is no way to reverse this. All you can do is take the prices out of the 'Price' column in the 'Product' table in the 'ActinicCatalog.mdb' database (using Access). You can then paste them into Excel and convert them with a formula. Then copy the converted values back into Access. Make sure you take a backup beforehand.

The knowledge base article HERE talks about converting VAT-inclusive prices to VAT- exclusive prices using this method, so you can adapt it for your use.

Thanks for the reply. Do any versions of Actinic have the ability to generate the retail price based on the wholesale price?

There's no fixed release date at the moment. It's been scheduled for the next few months, but it will depend on the testing process.
