editing the automatic email when someone buys

Hi,
I've edited the automatic email which gets sent when someone buys from our web site. I've taken the bit of that says what they've bought, as our site is an Ann Summers style site and we needed to be discreet.

What I would like to know though is what is the variable, I can put into that email, so that the total price is shown?
