The word 'at' in the Tax Message

Hi

We're translating a customer site from English into Dutch. We're nearly done with this, but there is just one word that we can't find in the templates or under "Design | Text".

The word we're trying to find is 'at' which appears in the context of "VAT at 17.5%

We have worked out how to change VAT to BTW and 17.5% to 19% - but cannot find where to change the word 'at'

Can anyone point us in the right direction please.
