Adding items if over a value

Is there anyway to automatically add items to the cart if the value is over a certain value, for example we would like to send a free sample pack of paper with every order over £25, now because our packing staff keep forgetting, is there anyway Actinic can put this on the packing list and invoice for us

I can do that for you if you like Gavin by editing your reports, an extra product won't added to the order in the database but I could hardcode the report to display the extra product on the packing list (and/or to the invoice) so that it's not forgotten by the packer and the purchaser knows why they got it.
