Hi

in our store we need to build an area where people can view a full stocklist of all the products that are in the store.

i beleive actinic 6 has the ability to create private areas so that only registered people can access certain products, is this correct? if so would it be possisble to tie these 2 things together?

You are looking at Actinic Business if you want customised areas with different logins.

is there anyway i can pull a full stocklist through actinic?

You can create a new section (called 'Complete Stock List') and copy each product into the new section. You can then de-select the 'Product Visible' check box for each of these products so that they will not be visible to retail customers. You can even hide the section link into your new section by following the instructions HERE.

The tricky part is making sure that the stock levels of the original product are decreased when you order one of these copied products. This is described in the knowledge base HERE.
