I am trying to set up a link to the NetBanx credit card provider.

When selecting shared SSL in "credit card capture configuration" in "business settings" I do not see the familiar Installed Providers to configure as I have found in previous versions of Actinic.

Try as I may I can't figure out how to prepare the configuration for NetBanx.

I can only see "Unlisted Provider".

How do I install other providers.

Hi Henry,

In View | Business Settings | Payment and Security, Do you not see Netbanx in the Payment Method drop down list?

If not you will need the install the PSP's provided with the software. Run PSPsetup.exe from the Actinic CDROM.

I do not see Netbanx in the Payment Method drop down list?

I initially ran PSPsetup.exe and have run it again but still don't see NetBanx or any other provider in the drop down list.

What can be wrong?

Using Explorer I can see files in the directory OCCUpgrade and can see file listings quoting NetBanx.

So still can't work out what is wrong.

Any more ideas.

Do you see any other PSP's?

I have sent you the setup file I use to your email address. Try running that one.

Are you sure you are definitely looking at the grid in the 'Payment and Security' tab - not the list in the 'Credit Card Capture Configuration' window.

Add a new row to the grid by clicking the '+' and look at the 'Payment Method' field. Netbanx should be in the list underneath the options such as 'Credit card details captured for later processing', Invoice With Order' etc.

Problem solved - I was looking in the wrong place.

I can now see the providers in the Payment Method where I was trying to find them in the "Credit Card Capture Configuration".
