FTP transfer

Hi,

Can you please advise why im getting the following message whilst trying to upload my site to my ftp site. it has worked all right before. I have no firewall enabled and can connect to the FTP site manually but not through your software?

An error occured while checking the FTP transfer mode -- The operation timed out
Try using the other mode.

try "Advanced > network setup > use Passive FTP transfer"
