Hi,

Does anyone know where I might find some information on using Crystal reports to export information from an accounting system (Opera) in the correct format for Actinic to inport customer details (Actinic Business).

There is a mention of Actinic in the software export types but that is all i can find.

Actinic uses a Crystal Reports plug-in to generate the reports (invoices and packing lists etc). Actinic also has an export feature that saves order details into a set of CSV files on your PC.

With regards to Opera, it sounds like you need information on how to translate Opera data into an Actinic heirarchical import file. The structure of hierarchical import files is in the main Actinic help file, but as far as I know, no-one has yet written an interface to create hierarchical files from Opera data.
