Exporting orders in CSV from Catalog

    Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help me get my head round this...

We have clients using Actinic Catalog V6, and we'd like to export order details to a CSV file.

I have enabled Data Entry Reports and Export to Files in View | Business Settings.

I have then raised two dummy orders which have sucessfully been downloaded and are seen on the Orders tab.

When I select Reports | Outstanding Exports, I get a box that tells me 'There are no new orders to export'

Am I missing a step here somewhere?

You need to complete processing for the orders before they will export, you do this by printing the invoice, marking them as shipped and entering a payment record (unless already paid via a PSP). When they are complete you can export them.

If your client does not intend to process orders in Actinic you can tick a box called 'Bypass Catalog Order Processing' on the ordering tab in view/business settings, when this is checked orders can be exported to csv immediately.

      Thanks Jan

      Brilliant, Thanks a lot.

I may have found that - but it would have taken a while!
