FATAL ERROR - cannot export snapshot

We are having problems making a snapshot export to our Zip drive. It has been fine until today. Got the following error. Doesnt sound very good - what does it mean? Any ideas?

    FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 646) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Sites\Site1\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.
    Errors
(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 457) - The file \SERVER\Company\Clients\Feeling Fliratious\Old Site Files\logo1.gif was not found System error 3 - The system cannot find the path specified.
    ..
(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 457) - The file C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Sites\Site1\medeival220104t.jpg was not found System error 2 - The system cannot find the file specified.
    ..
    Warnings
This snapshot includes files that are outside the Catalog installation directory.
On importing the snapshot these files will be delivered to a temporary location within the Catalog installation directory.
Manual intervention will be required to restore the site after import.

    \SERVER\Company\Clients\Feeling Fliratious\Old Site Files\logo1.gif

This can happen when you delete files that are standard in a site. eg. the Logo1.gif file.

Not sure about the database file.

The other message is because you have files outside the acatalog folder on the PC. They will all be in a folder called NOT_ACATALOG when you import the snapshot

      Thanks,

I think we understand the reason for the Errors
      (File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 457)

Its the Snapshot error that is worrying. We have several more items to upload but are concerned that we cannot backup/snapshot. We have already lost work before by not doing a regular snapshot.

      Any more ideas?

The snapshot facility wasn't really stable until V6.

Personally I would always backup site1 (well thats what I do do everynight to tape as part of a wider PC backup)
