My client is getting the follwing error message when she tries to back up her site.

Line 394
The registry entry for the sites list is empty.

Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Hi there,

A quick suggestion is to check the registry settings. I will warn you before hand to backup the registry settings.

Please follow the instructions below;

1. In windows go to 'Start | Run'
2. Type 'Regedit' then click on OK
3. To backup registry go to Registry | Export registry file...
4. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER | Software | Actinic | Catalog6 | Sites | Site1
5. On the right hand side of the screen look for 'SiteName' double click on SiteName, which opens up a 'Registry Editor' screen.
6. Type in 'Site1' as shown here in the value data field and click Ok
7. Close registry and access Actinic to see if the snapshot works.
