Actinic Catalog V 7.03

I'm trying to update actinic catalog V7, however I keep getting the following message "unable to connect to the FP server because the specified username or password is incorrect" I haven't changes the password, what can I do. any help gladly accepted

Maybe your ISP has had a security scare and changed the password at their end. Ask them.
