Add to basket page

I am having a real problem with the add to basket, the customer clicks the add to basket and is shown the shopping cart page, at the bottom of the page it says Please wait for your browser to return you to the shopping page or click here, if you leave it you are automatically returned to your shopping page, if you click here you get redirected to my webservers error page.

Ideally I would prefer it if they didn't see any screen and then just went to view basket and then checkout.

Please can anyone help I am beginning to despair.

Hi there,

I would suggest trying to set the bounce page delay to '0'.
The settings for this can be found in Design | Options | Shop Defaults under the 'Shopping mode' area.
