URGENT! Postage not added

I've had an order overnight from a customer in the USA - the cost of shipping the item to them should be £125.00, however the order has come through with no shipping charge.

I've gone and recreated the order myself adding the exact same item into my basket and I was charged the £125.00

Is there anyway the customer could have "deleted" the shipping cost themselves.

All a bit strange but wanted to check it out before I emailed the customer.

Please IGNORE last post - started work too early! - customer purchased in the states but gave a UK delivery address (and this item is free shipping in the UK)

However still have to contact them - they ticked the VAT exempt box - and of course because the delivery address is the UK - they have to pay VAT

Off for another cup of coffee to wake up properly!
