Sales acknowledgment gone missing

Clients are not receiving my confirmation message all of a sudden, any suggestions anyone? My test setting sends a message to my in box so I suspect I may have lost the actual text snippet?

Where should I look to see if it has been lost.

I get the test message OK but my customers don';t get my long text message, curious.
