    Limit Available Products

    Hi All

I guess this is simple when you know how?

I am thinking of upgrading to Actinic Business 6, all seems fine except the one thing I really need to be able to do is this

I will have around 1,000 products with I guess 500 active users and not all users need to have access to all products for example an account customer might only take 6 items regularly from me.

Is this done as price lists? or is there another way

    Thanks in advance

It's done by price lists - if you have a large number of customers it will be a nightmare trying to enter information like this so I would suggest putting the information into a database or spreadsheet and then generating an import file for Actinic to create the price schedules - you can use hierarchical import for this and so long as you know the product reference it is quite easy to create the file.

Your customers could have access to all of your products, add the products they want to their shopping carts and then save the basket, they would then be able to easily load the basket to reorder the items they want (I think this feature might be available in catalog as well as business but am not sure).
