Update from external DB

Hi guys,

I am currently trying to implement an external DB in Business but I still havn't found how to get Business to refresh it's list of externally linked products. I have noticed that the list will get refreshed when Business is opened and changes will be made, but is there an easy way to get Business to refresh itself automatically every 5 mins or something without going into external links and pressing OK manually?

You can refresh the links by hitting F5 or using the 'Refresh Product Links' option on the view menu. They are also refreshed when you do an update or when you edit a linked product (in this case it might be just for that product).
