Shipping Script Error After Upgrade

I've just updated our V5 site to the current V6 version. I've registered the UPS online tools. When attempting to complete an order after entering shipping destination and zip code, I'm receiving the following error:

"Error: Error executing the advanced shipping plug-in script. Can't locate Digest/MD5.pm in @INC (@INC contains: d:/Util/Perl/lib d:/Util/Perl/site/lib . cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin cgi-bin) at cgi-bin/sc000001.pm line 62, chunk 64. "

I've since re-copied all *.pl & *.pm files from Original directory over site, refreshed web site, but still the error.
