Sagepay V3 update and V7. July deadline

I am starting to worry as the 31st July deadline is looming. I have a v7 site that runs extremely well and is highly ranked on all important keywords. Is there no fix for the Sagepay update? Sagepay tells me to contact the developers for a fix. Can't be the only one still running older versions, surely.

A user tried a fix for older versions see here and here. Version 7 is old the technology is out of date and no longer supported by SellerDeck or SagePay.
