Other Info prompt

Can somebody help?

I've attached the product template I use "Act_ProductLineRight.html". The problem I am having is that when I enter a text prompt for Other Info it does not appear in the page preview. I need some extra information from my customers so need to have the prompt available.

Can you point me in the right direction of possible conflicts

What shopping mode are you using? If you are using 'Quantity in Shopping Cart' or 'Quantity on Confirmation Page' then the other info prompt will not appear until you have added to cart.

Shopping mode is set globally in 'Design Options | Shop Defaults' and then section by section in the 'Layout' tab of a section.
