help with booksearch

Hi

i have built a database where people can add a book review and then a link will be generated to go into the shop.

the link i am using is: -

http://www.w3dgk.com/cordee/cgi-bin/ss000010.pl?PRODREF=CWN079&NOLOGIN=1

and it pulls back the address: -

http://www.w3dgk.com/cordee/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Booksale_2.html#aCWN079

This is fine, it goes to the page where the book is which is what i need.

BUT on testing on some machines, when typing in the first address, it then pulls back: -

http://www.w3dgk.com/cordee/html/Online_Catalogue_Booksale_2.html#aCWN079

Now obviously the shop pages are not in the html folder, they are in the acatalog folder. so when this happens, it finds no page!

i think its something to do with caching or something as when i delete temp files, history etc it seems to work.

Whats the best way i can get around this?

Yes this is possible, if you have 6.1.0 onward version, then you could simply go to "Help | Troubleshooting" in Actinic, and click on Purge session files.

Please note, when you click on Purge session files, it will delete all shopper cart values if they are on your site, so it best to do this in the night

This should get rid of cache issues
