    email settings in V6

    I have set up the network settings with the email server and the test comes up ok.

    If I try and email a customer with the dispatch of an item I get an error 58326 - No smtp server available.

    When you run the network test, do you get an email from Actinic confirming the test?

      Yes I do. I had a bit of a problem because Verio forward the emails to their email server but I changed the settings to point directly to their server and get the test email now.

        If you place a test order, does Actinic send you a mail?

        (sorry, should have asked this in my previous comment!)

          Sorry - just tried again and it seems ok. I wonder if it was a problem @ Verio.
