    Digital Download

I am trying to get the digital download to work.

Every time I test it the link to the file at the end doesn't work. Any ideas???

Also - how do I stop the programme from adding shipping costs to the digital download. Basically my shipping is based on number of items - so it looks for the number of files being downloaded and adds shipping!

And finally - just wondering - if a user buys more than 1 item for digital download do they get multiple links or just one link with all the files on it?

    Thanks,

What do you mean by this? Is the file corrupt, the link is dead???

    Multiple links.

Not sure about the shipping sorry.

It just says "error on page".

Is there anyone out there who has managed to actually make this feature work?!

Looking at the shipping - I think I'll have to base the shipping on weight and then zero and digital download files. Seems a bit odd that digital download files should attract shipping charges doesn't it!!!

        Can you post your Act_Primary.html

I have had a few sites use Digital Download and know it works fine.

Are you sure that is it as it has no <HEAD> or <BODY> tags.

All it has is the Actinic Cart info.

Can you post a URL to the site

It looks like an overall layout template with everything removed except the NETQUOTEVARs.

I would assume, keep me right here Chris. That the ONLOAD function would be required to generate the links to the DD file.

The site is at www.yopo.co.uk follow the link to "Buy CDs". I have removed the Digital Download files at the moment as its not working. If you like I could put them back up so you can see what is happening.

                      Thanks for your help.

OK it's back up. Just one file. Secure Hosting who do my credit card processing - this is not live yet so they just collect the details and I input them here manually. They did say that that wouldn't effect it though. I decided not to go live until I have got this thing working so I can test it etc.

                          Thanks,

If you go - Buy CDs then that takes you into the Actinic section. Then Download (top of list) and then Sound Effects - and the only file there is "Doorslam".
