A couple of questions regarding layout and payment options

OK, here we go...

Is it possible to use different "themes" or colour schemes for each Section or Sub-Section?

Is it possible to limit payment options by the country that someone is ordering from?

If not, can you add these two items to the wish list for the next release?

Is it possible to use different "themes" or colour schemes for each Section or Sub-Section?

Yes. You can use different overall layout templates ('Primary' templates) for different sections in your store. The overall layout template contains all the content that surrounds the bulk area (i.e. the branding and navigation). What you can do is go to 'Design | Options | Layouts' and click the 'Edit' button next to the 'Default Page Layout' field. Make some changes and save it under a different filename. You can then select this file in the 'Overall Layout' field within the 'Layout' tab of a section.

Is it possible to limit payment options by the country that someone is ordering from?

Yes, select 'Limited by Location' in 'Business Settings | Payment and Security' and then add some countries to the list.
