snapshots

I have recently carried out several modifications to a number of templates, (fonts, colour, spacing and positioning etc) and I am not sure if I then export the site as a snapshot, after which I change the theme (overwriting the modified templates) If I was then to import my snapshot site would all the modifications carried out still be there?

Or is it wiser! to backup indepedantly the site1 folder.

What you can do, is go to "Design | Themes | Backup" in Actinic and you should see the previous theme, which you can go back to.

Please note, this backup only works with the last theme you were using, so after you done the modification and selected a new theme (eg curves), then again select another new theme (eg retail), then it will go back to curves
