Navigation spacing

I am trying to remove what appears to be spacing underneath the navigation buttons. However when viewing the P_index.html I cannot see any cell spacing or cell padding.

I have been hunting around the templates and cannot find any references, please help!

You need to apply this same principle to Act_NavigationItem.html and Act_NavigationImage.html. Also, make sure you have 'Compact HTML/CGI' selected in 'Design Options | Miscellaneous'.
