Hi I need same help if possible

I'm using Actinic Business and I have created two methods of payment, one with "Credit Card" and the other with "Payment on Account" for account holders.

When people place an order online, is it possible that the "Payment on Account" option can only appear for account holders?

Yep.

You just need to select 'Limit to Defined Customers' in the grid in 'Business Settings | Payment and Security' for the 'Payment on Account' row.

Then, you need to change all your customer accounts to use this payment method as the default one.
