ordernumber in logs

Hi,
We have 2 clients that when an order is placed the ordernumber goes into the http log on the server with the perl script os000005.pl

We use this to track sales analysis on the logs. We have another customer and os000005.pl does not put anything into the logs and thus no ordernumber. Is there an option to turn this on somewhere in Actinic, we've had a good look and can't find it anywhere.

There is no option in Actinic to control this.

Maybe it depends on the payment method selected by the customer. Or maybe the customer that it does not work for has got Norton Internet Security (or similar software) blocking the call.
